Have A H'Art
21st - 29th
6pm - 11pm
Friday 21st June
6pm - late
Join us from 5pm on Friday 5 July, at The Stash Gallery where you can enjoy oysters and champagne, arty freebies and exciting contemporary art.
Our closing party will allow visitors a final chance to check out our exhibition showcasing the work of over 30 talented artists. We will then be running a live auction starting at 7.30pm to take any final bids for the artwork, which is all for sale in order to raise money to support Sweet 'Art's ongoing work, exhibitions and events. Highest bidders will be able to pay and take away their artwork with them on the night.
If you can't make the live auction, never fear, we are accepting bids via Facebook or Instagram DM's up until 7pm on the 5 July, so just drop us a message stating what you are interested in and your highest bid and we will make sure these are included.
As part of the event, Vout-O-Reenees are offering a special deal for our visitors, and you can treat yourself to 3 oysters and a glass of bubbly or wine for just £10.
If you RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org, we can save you a space at the auction. We look forward to seeing you there!
Sweet ‘Art are a non-profit organisation operating from an intersectional feminist perspective, which is dedicated to the promotion of visual artists through the delivery of regular curated exhibitions, events and projects.
Join us at The Stash Gallery, part of the decadent Vout-O-Reenees for welcome drinks, arty freebies and exciting and affordable contemporary art. The fundraiser will be launched with a 'silent' auction will allow guests to bid on range of varied art works on display by a selection of established and early career artists, including portrait artists Leena McCall, taxidermy sculptor Shannon Lane and living artwork and performer Marnie Scarlett.
Sweet ‘Art will also be launching their Patreon page where donors can pledge as little as 75p per month to receive exciting gifts including original artworks, totes and vagina cup cakes!
Donations would be used towards funding our current work and pop-up exhibitions planned for 2019 as well as working towards a dedicated gallery space hosting exhibitions, workshops and events.
Our ambition is to create a truly inclusive and accessible space for contemporary art for both artists and the community.
So please Have a H’Art and support the arts and join us on the 21st.
